1. Depart via a Designated Port of Exit (TPI) You must complete your outward clearance at an officially designated Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) or international clearance marina before exiting Indonesian territory (e.g., Benoa, Nongsa Point Batam, Sabang, Labuan Bajo, or Sorong).
2. Advance Notification of Departure
Notify Us Early: Inform the local Immigration office at your designated Port of Exit at least 24 hours prior to your planned departure time.
Update Digital Records: Ensure your departure details are logged through the official digital portal (immiyacht.web.id).
3. Required Documents for Clearance-Out When presenting your vessel for departure, please prepare the following for our officers:
Physical Passports: Valid passports for all crew and passengers. We will verify that your stay remained within the authorized visa validity period.
Updated Crew & Passenger Lists: Current manifests reflecting everyone on board (if any crew members joined or departed during your stay in Indonesia, proper reporting records must be presented).
Original Inward Clearance Papers: Your original Immigration Clearance Certificate issued upon your initial arrival (Clearance-In).
4. What We Do During Clearance-Out
Stay Permit & Overstay Verification: We check all passports to confirm compliance with Indonesian immigration laws and ensure no overstay fees apply.
Passport Stamping: We affix an official Exit Stamp (Cap Tanda Keluar) onto each passport.
Issuing Outward Clearance: We issue your Immigration Outward Clearance Certificate, certifying that your vessel and crew have fulfilled all keimigrasian requirements.
5. Final Steps & Departure
Take our Immigration Outward Clearance Certificate to Customs (Bea Cukai) and the Harbour Master (Syahbandar) to obtain your final Port Clearance (Surat Persetujuan Berlayar / SPB).
Once all outward clearances are completed, your vessel must promptly depart Indonesian waters.
Tip for Masters: If you extended your stay permit (VoA/e-Visa) while cruising the archipelago, bring copies of your extension approvals along with your passports to speed up our final verification!
