Our primary task is verifying the identity and legal entry status of everyone on board.
We will review:
Passports: Checking physical integrity and ensuring at least 6 months of validity remaining from your date of entry.
Visas / e-Visas: Confirming that all crew and passengers hold valid visas (such as e-VoA or Tourist e-Visas) obtained via our official portal (www.evisa.imigrasi.go.id).
Manifest Alignment: Cross-referencing physical passports against your submitted Crew List and Passenger List.
Before stepping on board your vessel or issuing your clearance papers at the Port of Entry (TPI), we confirm that all pre-arrival protocols are complete:
Verifying your Advance Notice of Arrival submitted via the ImmiYacht portal (www.immiyacht.web.id) at least 24 hours prior.
Checking your digital Arrival Declaration records (www.allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id).
Depending on the port setup, we may conduct an onboard inspection (Clearance on Board):
Face-to-Face Headcount: Matching each person on deck or in the cabin directly with their passport photo.
Vessel Safety & Compliance Check: Ensuring there are no unregistered persons, stowaways, or undeclared individuals on board.
Brief Courtesy Interview: Asking routine questions regarding your planned sailing itinerary, intended marina stops, and expected length of stay.
Once all checks are successfully completed:
Entry Stamp: We affix an official Entry Stamp onto each passport.
Immigration Clearance Certificate: We issue a formal clearance document to the Master of the vessel, granting you legal permission to sail and explore Indonesian waters.
Tip for Masters: Having your passports, printed e-Visas, and Crew Lists neatly organized in one binder speeds up our inspection process significantly!
